The extensible ServiceFlow: Performance™ platform provides a centralized point of reference for all mission-critical services that allows service providers to share service level data with customers and partners, offer all-inclusive service level guarantees, and support custom-tailored service level agreements (SLAs). The company's North American headquarters will house Digital Fuel's executive team as well as regional professional services, sales, and marketing business units. Previously, Shomron held executive and engineering positions at Amdocs, where he managed a major account with a leading European telecommunications provider and led the development of advanced billing solutions.
